The Historic West Mansfield Texas Community Development Corporation (HWMT CDC) is a nonprofit established in 2005 by Pastor Michael Evans, Sr., Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Guided by a Legacy of Service
With a vision for sustainable growth, we were created to expand economic development, improve quality of life, and amplify opportunities for residents of the Historic West Mansfield community.
We carry forward more than history—we carry hope, progress, and purpose. Though we do not operate traditional “services,” our initiatives create real, measurable impact in the lives of our neighbors.
