We have developed and managed Pioneer Place, providing 135 affordable senior living units that offer dignity and comfort to our elderly residents. Our annual HBCU College Fair connects local students with historically Black colleges and universities, opening doors to educational opportunities that might otherwise remain closed.

The Clara Marie Smith Educational Excellence Scholarship, funded by generous donors like you, provides financial assistance to deserving students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and community involvement. Each scholarship recipient represents hope for our community’s future—young people who will return to lead and serve.

Our Candidate Forum ensures that every voice in Historic West Mansfield is heard during election seasons, promoting informed voting and civic participation.
